Privacy Policy
This privacy notice explains what happens to personal data when you visit this site. Data processing is kept to a minimum: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking. It sets out the data necessarily processed to deliver the site and to handle your application, and how to exercise your rights under the GDPR.

Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access the site, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores technical information that your browser transmits, in so-called server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, and your browser and operating system.
This processing is necessary to display the website securely and reliably and is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. As the provider may process data in the USA, transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
The application form
If you apply to join a session, the details you provide — your name, email address, company and role, team size and stage, LinkedIn, the session you choose, and your written answers — are processed solely to review your application and to reply to you. They are read by Bianca Gfrei and Vanessa von Frankenberg and are not passed on to anyone else.
Form submissions are transmitted through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., 1007 N Orange St, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA), which forwards them to us by email. As the provider processes data in the USA, transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR, since your application concerns pre-contractual steps, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding pursuant to Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR. This data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion.
Fonts
The typefaces used on this site are served from our own server. No font files are requested from Google Fonts or any other third party, and no data about your visit is transmitted to a font provider.
Media and external links
The background video shown on the site is served directly from our hosting and does not embed a third-party player. The site may link out to third-party platforms. These links only open when you click them, and once you leave this site the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. No content from these platforms is embedded here, so they receive no data from you unless you follow a link.
